While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations in apparent colour can also be dependent on calibration of individual screens.
All items shown on our website are in stock and dispatched from our shop in Melrose. On occasion, due to a purchase of the last item being made in person in the shop, we may not be able to supply the item. We will inform you as soon as possible by phone or email if the goods you have ordered are not available and automatically refund you.
When you order, you will be provided with an approximate delivery date. While every effort is made to deliver within the time period specified, we shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day.
Refunds
Should you require a refund for any purchase made via our website this must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase and the item must be returned to us in its original condition.
